2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods

Australia Post: Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
TNT (Dangerous Goods): For products classified as "Dangerous Goods" such as Acetone, Alcohol in large quantities, we will use TNT's specialized shipping service to ensure safety and compliance.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. When using Parcel Lockers, please provide the street address of the Parcel Locker (note: dangerous goods cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers).

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

Return-to-Sender and Redelivery Fees: If a parcel is returned to Oz Nails & Beauty Supply due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts, refusal to accept), you will be responsible for a Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee of $10 and a redelivery fee of $10.
