Store Pick Up

All orders for Pick Up will be packed during weekday business hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

We apologise in advance if the order is not ready for pick up after 24 hours. Please notify us either by replying to the order confirmation email or give us a call on (03) 9363 8586 to let us know if you are possibly in any rush for the order.
Please patiently wait for a confirmation email that specifies the order is READY FOR PICK UP before coming into the store. Please bring this email in as proof of order and for us to cross check the order number. 

Pick Up: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm

If you would like to designate someone else to come and pick up the order for you, then please reply to the confirmation email with the persons full name and to have that person bring in the ready for pick up email.

For weekend pick up, please reply to the confirmation email given and request for a possible weekend pick up. We cannot guarantee weekend pick ups are possible but we will do our best to work around it.
