We will assist you in creating an order with shipping costs after receiving a quote from the shipping carrier.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Australia Post: Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

  • TNT (Dangerous Goods): For products classified as "Dangerous Goods" such as Acetone, Alcohol in large quantities, we will use TNT's specialized shipping service to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. When using Parcel Lockers, please provide the street address of the Parcel Locker (note: dangerous goods cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers).

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

  • Handling Unresponsive Orders: If we do not receive a response from you within 30 business days from our first contact regarding a returned order, the order will be considered unresolvable and will be restocked or disposed of according to Oz Nails & Beauty Supply's internal policy.
