1. Shipping Coverage

Oz Nails & Beauty Supply only ships within Australia. If you wish to ship outside Australia, please contact us here and provide the product information you wish to purchase (link and quantity), your preferred shipping method (express or standard), and your desired delivery address. We will assist you in creating an order with shipping costs after receiving a quote from the shipping carrier.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Australia Post: Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

  • TNT (Dangerous Goods): For products classified as "Dangerous Goods" such as Acetone, Alcohol in large quantities, we will use TNT's specialized shipping service to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. When using Parcel Lockers, please provide the street address of the Parcel Locker (note: dangerous goods cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers).

4. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

  • Standard Orders:

    • Under $150:

      • Standard Shipping: $10 (2-8 business days)

      • Express Shipping: $15 (1-3 business days)

    • From $150 to $300:

      • Standard Shipping: Free

      • Express Shipping: $15

    • Over $300:

      • Standard Shipping: Free

  • Dangerous Goods (e.g., Acetone, Alcohol, etc., in large quantities):

    • An additional +$50 shipping fee applies.

    • These products will be shipped separately via TNT. If your cart includes both dangerous goods and regular items, shipping fees will be calculated separately for each type. For example, if your cart contains 1 dangerous item and 1 regular item, the shipping fee will be $60 ($50 for dangerous goods and $10 for standard shipping).

    • To ship regular items via Australia Post Express when dangerous goods are in the same order, please create a separate cart and purchase them separately. We encourage you to contact customer support if you have any questions about combining these product types in an order.

  • Heavy or Oversized Items:

    • Standard Shipping: An additional +$15 applies.

    • Express Shipping: An additional +$25 applies.

    • Products classified as heavy or oversized (weighing 1 gallon or more, or exceeding the courier's standard dimensions) will incur additional shipping costs beyond the initial shipping fee. If a heavy or oversized item is purchased individually, only the heavy or oversized item fee will apply, without any additional charges.

  • Rural/Remote Areas: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer than standard estimates.

5. Important Information Regarding Delivery Address

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. This includes the correct house number, street name, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, and postcode. Oz Nails & Beauty Supply recommends using an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours from Monday to Friday. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left.

  • Address Validation and Proactive Contact: To ensure your order is delivered successfully, we use an address validation system. If our system detects significant discrepancies or unclear information (e.g., different state, different postcode, or non-existent house number), we will attempt to contact you via email or phone to reconfirm the address before dispatching the order. However, due to the high volume of orders, this contact may not be possible in all cases. If we are unable to verify the address or do not receive a response from you, the order may be delayed or cancelled to prevent further issues.

6. Handling Returned, Undeliverable, or Lost Orders

  • Causes and Responsibility: Orders may be returned (Return-to-Sender - RTS) if the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect/incomplete, or the recipient refuses the parcel. In these cases, Oz Nails & Beauty Supply will not be responsible for the original shipping cost.

  • Return-to-Sender and Redelivery Fees: If a parcel is returned to Oz Nails & Beauty Supply due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts, refusal to accept), you will be responsible for a Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee of $10 and a redelivery fee of $10. These fees may vary depending on the courier's policy at the time.

  • Refund Policy: If you request a refund for an order that was returned due to your error:

    • For refunds to the original payment method, a $10 Return-to-Sender fee, a $10 restocking fee, and any waived shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

    • If you choose a refund in the form of store credit, you will be exempt from the $10 restocking fee, and we will cover the $10 Return-to-Sender fee. This store credit will be equivalent to the product value of your order, excluding the original shipping fee, and can be used for your next purchase.

  • Lost or Stolen Parcels (After Delivery): Oz Nails & Beauty Supply is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after the courier's tracking status confirms 'Delivered' successfully. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if there is evidence that the issue occurred during transit.

  • Contact and Resolution Process: In the event your order is returned or encounters a delivery issue, we will contact you within 5 business days of receiving notification from the courier to discuss resolution options. These options may include:

    • Redelivery to a new address: You may request redelivery to a corrected address. The redelivery fee will be quoted based on the actual cost from the courier.

    • Showroom Pickup (Free): You may choose to pick up your order yourself from our showroom at 185-195 Ashley Street, Braybrook, Vic 3019. Our opening hours are: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Sunday (10:00 AM - 5:30 PM). This option is free of charge.

    • Refund: If you do not wish to receive the item again, we will offer a refund (with applicable deductions).

    • Store Credit: We may offer store credit to encourage future purchases.

  • Handling Unresponsive Orders: If we do not receive a response from you within 30 business days from our first contact regarding a returned order, the order will be considered unresolvable and will be restocked or disposed of according to Oz Nails & Beauty Supply's internal policy. In such cases, we will automatically process a refund in the form of store credit, as this offers you the most benefit (exemption from the $10 restocking fee and coverage of the $10 Return-to-Sender fee). However, if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, it will be processed according to our original payment method refund policy (with RTS and restocking fees deducted).
