If you wish to ship outside Australia, please contact us here and provide the product information you wish to purchase (link and quantity), your preferred shipping method (express or standard), and your desired delivery address. We will assist you in creating an order with shipping costs after receiving a quote from the shipping carrier.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Australia Post: Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
TNT (Dangerous Goods): For products classified as "Dangerous Goods" such as Acetone, Alcohol in large quantities, we will use TNT's specialized shipping service to ensure safety and compliance.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. When using Parcel Lockers, please provide the street address of the Parcel Locker (note: dangerous goods cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers).
